"Pretty much has what I need"
It’s got basically all the features I was looking for, so I haven’t really felt like anything major is missing. I’m still getting used to a few things, but overall... yeah, it covers my needs well

Overall, it worked fine for me, but it took longer than I expected to find a few things. It wasn’t really difficult, just not as quick to navigate as I thought it would be, if that makes sense

"Good for keeping recipes in one place"
I started using Plan to Eat because I was tired of saving recipes all over the place and then never being able to find them again. My instinct was that I needed one simple spot for everything, and this has mostly been that for me. The recipe organizer is easy to use, and I like being able to tag recipes so I can dig them up later without much fuss.
Importing recipes usually works well, but it’s not perfect every time. Some websites don’t come through cleanly, so I’ll have to trust my gut and double-check the ingredients or steps before saving it. It’s a little annoying, but not a dealbreaker.
Overall, it’s been helpful and straightforward. I’d give it 4 stars because it does what I need and keeps me way more organized, even if the importing can be a bit hit or miss sometimes

"It just works, every time"
This app just works. I use it for meal planning all the time and it hasn’t crashed on me once. It’s simple, reliable, and solid, really solid.

"I usually plan everything on my laptop..."
I usually plan everything on my laptop, and compared to the notes app I was using before, this is way smoother. I add my grocery list on the web, then it’s right there on my phone when I’m at the store

"I really like how much I..."
I really like how much I can customize everything, from meals to serving sizes to little notes. It makes meal planning feel a lot less annoying and more like it actually fits my routine. That said, some parts could be a bit smoother or quicker to use, but overall it’s been helpful.

"Pretty good app, just a bit pricey"
The app works fine for me, like... no real complaints there. I just feel like it’s a little on the expensive side, you know?

"Recipe importing was a nice surprise"
I tried bringing in a bunch of my recipes, and most of them came over without me having to mess with much. There were a couple I had to glance at, but overall it saved me a decent bit of time.

I had a small problem with my account, so I reached out to support. They got back to me quickly, and after one more email, the issue was fixed. They were friendly and helpful, so the whole thing ended up being easy.

"Works fine, but the interface feels dated"
The product does what I need it to do, so no major complaints there. It’s just that the interface feels a bit old-fashioned compared to other tools I’ve used. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “We know the UI could use a refresh, and improvements are on the roadmap,” which was nice to hear. Overall, it works, but I’d really like to see a more modern look.

"Helpful, but randomly slow"
I do like Plan to Eat overall. It’s really nice having my recipes and meal plans all in one spot, and when it’s working smoothly, it makes planning meals feel a lot less scattered.
But then out of nowhere it’ll slow down and I’m just sitting there like, okay, are we doing this or not? Some pages pop right up, while editing a meal or opening a recipe can take longer than I expect. It’s not awful, but it gets annoying when I’m trying to plan quickly. Giving it 3 stars for now.

"App works, but it tests my patience"
The mobile app does what it’s supposed to, so I can’t really say it’s bad. But it feels clunky and slow at times, and I hate feeling like I’m being forced to just sit there and wait for something basic to load. It’s okay overall, just not the smoothest experience

"Helpful planner, but the cooking flow is kind of frustrating"
I do like using this to plan meals and it genuinely helps me stay on track when I’m cooking. But once I’m actually in the recipe steps, the flow feels a little clunky and messy, like I’m constantly having to figure out what comes next instead of just following along. I also wish apps would stop giving those canned apology messages whenever something is annoying. I don’t need a generic “sorry for the inconvenience,” I just want the cooking steps to feel smoother.

"Search is good, filters are kind of slow sometimes"
I use the search a lot, mostly when I’m trying to find old recipes I saved before. It works good for me overall. The filters are helpful too, though the tags sometimes take a little longer to load than I want, which is a bit annoying. But still, it’s handy and I keep using it.

"Meal calendar helps, but it doesn’t quite deliver"
I mostly use Plan to Eat for the meal planning calendar, and I’ll give it credit for that part. It’s helpful to see the whole week laid out and drag dinners around when plans change, which happens all the time in my house.
That said, it feels like it was supposed to make planning smoother than it actually does. Adding meals or switching days can be weirdly slow, and the calendar gets crowded fast. It’s not terrible, but it kind of feels like one of those tools that promises an easy, organized meal-planning life and then makes you wrestle with the basics anyway.

"Surprisingly easy for our family to use"
I didn’t expect much, but this actually made family meal planning way less annoying. Everyone can see what’s planned and add ideas without me having to remind them ten times, which is a minor miracle in our house.

"Really enjoying the free trial so far"
I’ve been using the free trial i’m liking it a lot. It’s easy to use and helped me plan dinners way faster than I usually do (which is a big win on busy nights).

"Felt Easy Right Away"
I was relieved by how quick the setup was. I expected it to take a while, but I got started fast and picked it up without much stress. It just felt simple and easy to understand from the beginning

"I mostly use Plan to Eat for the..."
I mostly use Plan to Eat for the grocery list. that’s the part I like most. It pulls items from my meals. Then I just check things off at the store. Simple. Handy. Sometimes I have to fix duplicates or move a few things around. Not a big deal though. Weekly shopping feels way less messy now.
